That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. TL Professional is an exclusive studio, which is open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please book online. Due to the nature of our relaxing, peaceful and detailed artistic services, we kindly request to respect our “No-Guest” policy.
Patch Test Requirements
All new customers are required to come for a patch test and/or consultation first. Patch test must be done at least 24-48 hours prior to the appointment. £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to pay to secure your slot. It is carried over towards your further appointment while booking with us.
If you are a new customer, we strongly recommend booking a consultation first. Consultation is a great opportunity to meet your Master eye-to-eye and find out everything what you are curious about. During the consultation we answer all your questions, discuss the possibilities and choose a right styling suitable for your personal features, eye shape, condition of eyelashes and etc.
You must be at least 18 years old to have a treatment performed at our studio. If you are younger, written and signed permission from your parents or carers is required.
Terms and Conditions
Booking fee and payment methods
Appointments can be booked online (on our website/using our App) or at the studio. To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee will be required at the time of booking. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment after the procedure.
The amount will depend on requested treatment and on the method of booking. If the appointment is booked online (via App or website), the amount of booking fee will range from £ 0.60 to £ 1.50 depending on the total cost of requested treatment (inclusive of VAT or any other taxes that may apply). If the booking is made at our studio, the amount of booking fee will be 50% of the total cost of requested treatment.
We accept all major debit cards and cash. We use a third party payment gateway company to process the payment.
Confirmation email is sent directly to your email box after successful payment. Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly, if not – please contact us directly immediately. Booking reminder is sent 4 days before your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive these emails please contact us ASAP.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
Booking at the studio
Please give us at least a 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment as a courtesy to both our Artists and other clients who are on the waiting list. Giving notice will help us reschedule your treatment more efficiently. Failure to do might incur full treatment price charges.
Please note that you only can reschedule your appointment once in a row. If All unattended appointments might incur full treatment price charges. You can notify us about the changes within our working hours via business mobile +447985651488 or email email@example.com. Be aware that your emails, messages and phone calls will only be responded within our hours of operation (you can find working hours here).
The easiest way to reschedule or cancel your appointment is to use our App (you will need to register).
For all reservations made online – you have the right to cancel or reschedule your booking 48 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 48 hours notice we have the right to charge you the full treatment price. If you cancel appointments with more than 48 hours notice you will only lose the booking fee.
By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise Juli Lash Studio LTD to charge your credit or debit card without further reference from 50% up to 100% of full treatment price. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored.
In the case of no-show or late cancellation we reserve the right to charge your payment method up to 100% of a full service price.
Please notice that in case if you cancel your booked appointment due to COVID or any cold symptoms and fail to inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge your payment method up to 100% of a full service price. If you are cancelling less than 24 hours prior the appointment, you will be charged £20 cancellation fee. Last minute cancellation (less that 2 hours prior the appointment) or no-show will result in a charge of 50-100% of the full service price, at our discretion.
Please be mindful and respect our time. Last minute cancellations cost our studio financially. Also, we have to dispose all PPE prepared for the appointment, as we have strict safety protocol to follow.
Arrivals and late arrivals
Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Being late more than 15 minutes might result in appointment cancellation and loss of booking fee or will carry an extra charge.
In the situation for you being late, your appointment time will remain the same. We will not be able to extend it. The artist will be able to spend with you only the remaining time of your appointment. In this case, most likely that you will not get a full coverage.
Attending the appointment
Please remove all make-up around your eye area prior to the appointment and do not apply any creams/oils around your eyes on the appointment day.
Touch ups should be done every 3 weeks. When booking infills please ensure that you have at least 40-50% remaining eyelashes. If it has been longer than 4 weeks since your last appointment, please book a full set.
We DO NOT infill the works of other lash artists as we have to comply with our quality standards. If you have your eyelashes done at any other salon, please book removal appointment first. Removal can be done at the same day, prior to your full set appointment.
During the procedure
Please remain silent during the eyelash application to ensure smooth work of a Lash Artist. Please do not open your eyes until your Lash Artist advises you to do so. If you open your eyes during the procedure, the fumes of adhesive might affect your eyeballs and the eyes will become red for 2-3 days. Please follow the artist advice.
We request you to turn your mobile phone off or onto silent mode on arrival. Please do not use your mobile phone during the treatment. Please do not chat on the phone or speak loudly in the studio in respect to other people having their treatments.
No Guest Policy
Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request you to arrive unaccompanied. During the appointment, presence of other people is strictly prohibited due to safety reasons and respect to other customers. If you fail to follow this policy, your appointment might be cancelled and booking fee forfeited.
After the procedure
Please thoroughly follow aftercare advice after every procedure (see our aftercare leaflet).
We can guarantee the quality of products and services we perform. However, you must follow the aftercare advice to comply with our Guarantee Policy.
If you notice that eyelashes do not stay, please get in touch with us within 3 days after the procedure. We can check and fix them if you comply with our Guarantee.
