  • Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your service.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations More than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled time, we will refund your deposit in full.

    • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. We reserve this deposit to cover the costs of reserved time and resources.

    • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the full deposit, and future bookings may be subject to full payment in advance.

    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, provided the request is made more than 48 hours in advance. In the case of rescheduling, your original deposit may carry over to your new appointment time.

4. How We Protect Your Information
